About Our Team

We are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Patient greeting and confirmation of prescription information.
  • Data entry of patient care information.
  • Third Party adjudication (if necessary).
  • Accurate dispensing of prescription medications.
  • Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems.
  • General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary.
  • Handling customer prescription pick up.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant (asset).
  • Experience with HealthWATCH Pharmacy Software (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
