Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Shred-Tech. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and functioning as the key design engineer for engineering projects. Your primary focus will be on formulating, initiating, and developing mechanical machine design processes in all aspects.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects to achieve goals and objectives as set forth by the Engineering Manager.
  • Provide input to the development of product strategy.
  • Implement Product Development and Engineering Standards consistent with Shred-Tech objectives.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineer, P. Eng. Eligible, Sc in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
  • 10+ years of design, analysis, and project management in custom equipment, heavy machinery, weldments, metal fabrication, system assembly, and testing.
