Mechanical Systems Designer

StrongPoint Automation Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Designer to join our team. As a Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom robotic End-of-Arm Tools (EOATs) and conveyor systems for our clients. You will work closely with our interdepartmental representatives to ensure that your designs meet customer expectations and align with our company proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, with experience in designing factory automation and conveyor systems. You will be responsible for reviewing time estimates and ensuring that designs are within budget. You will also be expected to liaise with our team to ensure that your designs are innovative and meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will have a College Diploma in a Mechanical Discipline or a University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the design of factory automation and conveyor systems. You will be required to have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience with AutoCad and 3D solid modeling software. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
