Job Title: Clerical Support Associate - Haemodialysis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Support Associate to join our Haemodialysis team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Manage patient records, scheduling, and communication
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including reception, phone support, and mail management
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a Community College Office Administration Diploma (preferably Medical) or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year of full-time recent clerical experience in an outpatient healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
