We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Clerk to join our team at BC Children's Hospital. As a Program Clerk, you will provide critical support to our clinical team, ensuring seamless patient care processes and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical support to clinical teams, including gathering charts, requesting and receiving information from communities.
- Schedule and book clinical appointments, sending out letters confirming appointments to families and community professionals.
- Prepare and mail packages containing consent forms, parent questionnaires, and other essential documents.
- Upload patient paperwork into the database, monitoring and requesting missing documents from clinical staff.
- Enter and update information in relevant databases, including referral dates, patient information, and wait times.
- Provide reception and switchboard duties as required, including directing patients, answering phones, and responding to general inquiries.
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a municipal pension plan and psychological health and safety programs.

- A competitive hourly rate of $27.10.
