Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Merchandising to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for refining our product assortment, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a clear and coherent merchandising hierarchy and product architecture
  • Optimize the product assortment to enhance the shopping experience and overall brand experience
  • Lead strategic product planning efforts for all product lines and categories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall strategic planning process
  • Streamline and optimize the product assortment to enhance the shopping experience and overall brand experience
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities within the current product range
  • Establish a structured and coherent merchandising hierarchy and product architecture
  • Lead and develop a high-performing merchandising and buying team
  • Partner with Product Design, Planning, Allocation, Retail, Brand, and Commercial teams to maximize in-season sales performance
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as an innovative merchandising leader in a high-growth apparel brand with an omnichannel presence
  • Deep background and knowledge of product development and planning, with an eye for cutting-edge merchandising strategies
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financials, gross margin, and sales analysis
