Job Title: Senior Vice President, Data Management

As a Senior Vice President, Data Management, you will play a critical role in refining our product assortment to align with our brand identity and resonate with our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a clear and coherent merchandising hierarchy and product architecture to optimize the product assortment.
  • Lead strategic product planning efforts for all product lines and categories, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the merchandising function aligns with the overall strategic planning process.
  • Streamline and optimize the product assortment to enhance the shopping experience and overall brand experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities within the current product range, providing targeted recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as an innovative merchandising leader in a high-growth apparel brand with an omnichannel presence.
  • Deep background and knowledge of product development and planning, with an eye for cutting-edge merchandising strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financials, gross margin, and sales analysis.
