Vice President of Merchandising

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Merchandising to lead our merchandising and buying function, driving profitable and sustainable growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft and execute innovative merchandising initiatives that align with Knix's business and financial goals.
- Develop and lead the ongoing development of a 3-year product roadmap, focusing on long-range product planning and alignment with Knix's business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the merchandising function aligns with the overall strategic planning process.
- Streamline and optimize the product assortment to enhance the shopping experience and overall brand experience.
- 10+ years of experience as an innovative merchandising leader in a high-growth apparel brand with an omnichannel presence.
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year business strategies that drive significant growth.
- Strong leadership background with the ability to build architecture and structure for the Merchandising function.
- Deep background and knowledge of product development and planning, with an eye for cutting-edge merchandising strategies.
