Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Unfolding Dreams Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage senior staff positions, including middle managers and directors
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in organizational development and strategic planning
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
