Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled recruitment officer to join our team at Prime Max Group Ltd. As a recruitment officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize recruitment costs.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position and company standards.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions of employment, including benefits, salary, and working conditions.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize recruitment costs.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.

Requirements

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise job applicants and communicate with managers and employees.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize recruitment costs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve recruitment-related challenges and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
