We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Professional to assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

This role involves collaborating with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contributing to the recruitment strategy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in people, and a desire to make an impact in the world of recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
  • Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
  • Healthcare recruitment preferred.
  • High-volume recruitment experience is a plus.
