Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing echocardiography scans and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiography scans and interpret results
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of scan results
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved and accredited Ultrasound training program
  • Registered Ultrasound Technologist with active registration with Sonography Canada and/or the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
