Job Title: Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

At Shared Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team. As a key member of our echocardiography department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ultrasound services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform echocardiography scans as requested by physicians
  • Manage patient flow and exam requests effectively
  • Maintain accurate diagnostic files and manage equipment and supplies
  • Assist in radiographic and ECG duties as needed
  • Ensure a safe environment and maintain quality assurance standards
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved and accredited Ultrasound training program
  • Registered Ultrasound Technologist with active registration with Sonography Canada and/or ARDMS
  • Proficient in Windows computer environment and Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
