About the Role

The Facilities Maintenance Professional will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including emptying trash cans and waste containers, balancing rent rolls, contacting contractors for repairs and maintenance, performing safety and security checks, moving heavy furniture and equipment, and cleaning snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emptying trash cans and other waste containers on a regular basis
  • Balancing rent rolls and maintaining accurate records
  • Contacting contractors for repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Performing regular safety and security checks to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Moving heavy furniture and equipment as required
  • Cleaning snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Willingness to relocate for the role
  • Able to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
  • Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
