Pinedale Inn is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain operational procedures for housekeeping services
- Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Supervise in-house laundry services and schedule duties for housekeeping staff
- Conduct infection control audits and respond to guest complaints
- Supervise a team of 1-2 housekeeping staff members
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Pinedale Inn is a 30-40 hour per week, permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The language of work is English.
