Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our theatre operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Manage the guest experience, ensuring every guest who visits our theatre is satisfied and excited about their next visit.
  • Assist with managing the theatre's budget and growing revenue.
  • Forecast and initiate action/projects to drive business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's #1 premier film exhibition company.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
