You will collaborate with senior leadership to embed HR strategies into the company's long-term vision and business objectives. You will foster a proactive culture by guiding managers and employees through HR initiatives that promote accountability, clear expectations, and professional growth. Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in an HR role, including 2+ years in a management or leadership position. Competitive market-based pay.
