We have created a new position to meet our vision for differentiating our product centered around the principal customer experience. The person in this position will be responsible for creating the product experience for all our fleet, and most importantly the product experience for the owner/principal of the aircraft.

Responsibilities:


• Decide on all industrial design for our products, from styling and aesthetics to functionality and experience. These design decisions impact our principal end-customer experiences and their overall appreciation for our products.

• Develop deep relationships with international design brands and luxury products to determine which of those brands and products should be integrated into our aircraft.

• Conduct research into emerging design and technology trends.

• Present design ideas, concepts, and products to customers and gather feedback from end-customers and representatives.

• Create a detailed and inspiring vision on how to identify and meet customers' needs for business aircraft.

• Lead, plan, organize, and execute projects with a team of highly skilled and diverse designers.

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to rapidly experiment and iterate on design concepts to bring them to reality.

Requirements:


• University degree in Industrial Design or equivalent, with an MBA preferably.

• 20+ years of experience in Industrial Design, Interior Design, R&D, and related activities.

• Track record of design innovation successes.

• Good understanding of the Business Aircraft Industry, key players, markets, and customers.

• Creative, collaborative, and driven to innovate.

• Solid communicator to engage people and generate buy-in.

• Experience leading a team.
