Crop Farmer Job Description

Martini Ranch Ltd. is seeking a skilled Crop Farmer to join our team. As a Crop Farmer, you will be responsible for the cultivation and harvesting of crops in a rural area setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crop Planning and Management: Coordinate planting and cultivating activities to ensure optimal crop growth and development.
  • Farm Maintenance: Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings to ensure efficient operations.
  • Crop Harvesting: Organize and coordinate crop harvesting activities to ensure timely and efficient harvesting.
  • Soil Fertility: Implement soil fertility programs to maintain soil health and fertility.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate farm equipment, including harvesters, to ensure efficient crop harvesting.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Rural area.
  • Work Setting: Farm.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling; handling heavy loads.
