About the Role

Martini Ranch Ltd. is seeking a skilled Crop Farmer to join our team. As a Crop Farmer, you will be responsible for the cultivation and maintenance of our crops, ensuring optimal growth and yield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
  • Plan for crop growth and development considering water saturation, light, and temperature
  • Coordinate planting and cultivating activities
  • Cultivate on vertical farming systems
  • Implement soil fertility programs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Mix fertilizer
  • Organize planting, cultivating, and crop harvesting activities
  • Seed cutting
  • Weeding
  • Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
  • Perform general farm duties
Requirements
