We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Whistler Personnel Solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Oversee the management of construction sites, including supervising staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards and that any defects or issues are addressed promptly.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all site staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and that all necessary safety measures are in place to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Financial Management: Manage site budgets, including tracking expenses, monitoring costs, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
