Internal Auditor Job Opportunity at I.M.P. Group International Inc.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our team at I.M.P. Group International Inc. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management, control, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, including research and discussions with employees to gather relevant information.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in internal auditing.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in accounting or finance, or business with sufficient courses in auditing and accounting.
  • Recognized accounting designation or willingness to pursue CPA designation.
  • CIA or CISA certification an asset.
  • 2+ years internal audit, public accounting, or related experience.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong negotiation skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
