Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on window treatment options, including products, styles, and functionality.
  • Work independently to plan and organize sales strategies, maximizing return on investment for the territory or sector.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product lines, technologies, and industry trends to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in sales and design.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications and ability to learn new technology and systems.
