Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research and analysis of sales and cost data to inform Request for Quotes
- Update and track Annual Price Reduction data, including efficiency gains and reasons for price increases
- Prepare monthly and other internal sales performance reports for General Management
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats, and materials
- Coordinate trade show events and other promotional activities, including travel to and participation in marketing exhibits when necessary
- Associate or higher degree in Business or related major preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel for business within Canada and the US
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- At least 2+ years of sales coordinator, inside sales, or customer service experience in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including speaking and writing
- Strong analytical and calculation skills
