Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the sales coordinators with updating existing product contracts and system updates, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support resolving service part discrepancies between Vuteq branches and buyers
  • Assist Sales Coordinator by assembling quotes for new business, gathering required information from other Vuteq departments, and maintaining constant communication with customers and other Vuteq branches
  • Upload production contracts from customer website and summarize in an Excel spreadsheet weekly for sales team's convenience
  • Assist with a range of tasks as assigned by the sales coordinators, including production quotations and data entry using respective customer portals
  • Support with tracking current model trackers and updating quotes
  • Compare service parts pricing in the parts list and support with service parts contracts

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a minimum two-year diploma program from a college (any business program is considered relevant)
  • 0-1 year of sales experience
  • 0-1 year of working exposure to the automotive industry
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines set by customer
  • Prioritization skills; ability to adapt to changing demands (internal and/or external)
  • Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and team members
  • High attention to detail; ensuring accuracy of work completed
  • Ability to show versatility and resourcefulness when problem solving
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel – local, national, international (valid passport)
