Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the sales coordinators with updating existing product contracts and system updates, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support resolving service part discrepancies between Vuteq branches and buyers
- Assist Sales Coordinator by assembling quotes for new business, gathering required information from other Vuteq departments, and maintaining constant communication with customers and other Vuteq branches
- Upload production contracts from customer website and summarize in an Excel spreadsheet weekly for sales team's convenience
- Assist with a range of tasks as assigned by the sales coordinators, including production quotations and data entry using respective customer portals
- Support with tracking current model trackers and updating quotes
- Compare service parts pricing in the parts list and support with service parts contracts
Requirements
- Successful completion of a minimum two-year diploma program from a college (any business program is considered relevant)
- 0-1 year of sales experience
- 0-1 year of working exposure to the automotive industry
- Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines set by customer
- Prioritization skills; ability to adapt to changing demands (internal and/or external)
- Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and team members
- High attention to detail; ensuring accuracy of work completed
- Ability to show versatility and resourcefulness when problem solving
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel – local, national, international (valid passport)
