Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility and Hospitality Operations Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests, whether they are working in our space or attending an event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming members and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Providing information on memberships and guiding potential members through our space, explaining services and benefits.
  • Responding to inquiries promptly and courteously via phone calls.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting reception area and common spaces.
  • Opening and closing the space, adhering to established procedures.
  • Assisting with setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Setting up furniture, AV equipment, and other event-specific arrangements.
  • Providing bartending and serving services during events, maintaining high hospitality standards.
  • Collaborating with the Events Manager to execute events, ensuring member and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a clean environment during and after events.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the facility, including washrooms, kitchens, private offices, and common work areas.
  • Performing routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-organised for members and guests.
  • Regularly inspecting and restocking washrooms and kitchens, ensuring supplies are available.
  • Addressing immediate cleaning needs that arise during the day to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience in hospitality, bartending, or event setup is beneficial but not required.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment as needed for event setup.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
