We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Control Clerk to join our team at Salt & Pepper Canada Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and filing
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:

Our office is air-conditioned and located in a business setting. We offer free parking and a permanent work term with 35-40 hours of work per week.
