We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Control Clerk to join our team at Salt & Pepper Canada Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents
- Verify stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct quality control checks on received goods
- Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing-related issues
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Our office is air-conditioned and located in a business setting. We offer free parking and a permanent work term with 35-40 hours of work per week.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
