Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Caregiver to join our team at Cardinal Nannies & Caregivers Inc. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to families in their homes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Manage the daily schedule of children, including meal preparation, homework assistance, and activities that promote learning and fun.
  • Childcare and Education: Provide high-quality care and education to children, including reading, singing, and engaging in other age-appropriate activities.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up living areas.
  • Errands and Transportation: Run errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up dry cleaning, and transport children to and from appointments and activities.
Requirements
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
