Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take their career to the next level.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with new and existing customers, via phone and email, to maintain a strong sales funnel and ensure sales targets and goals are met.
Familiarizing oneself with market conditions, industry, and competitor standards is also essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with new and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Present product information regarding features, benefits, and new product/service offerings to customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial sales
- A self-starter mentality, being results-driven, competitive, professional, and a team player
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other related programs
- Solid track record of sales results
- A post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred
