About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head Recruiter to lead and manage a team of recruiters. This role is critical in driving our talent acquisition strategy, identifying top-tier candidates, and ensuring we meet our aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, attract, and recruit top talent through headhunting, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to support ongoing hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Drive performance within the recruitment team, setting and monitoring key hiring metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in executive recruiting, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a recruitment team.
  • Extensive professional network within relevant industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Benefits

A competitive base salary of $85,000 with a performance-based bonus of $30,000 at the end of the year for meeting hiring targets. Opportunity to lead a high-performing recruitment team and make a significant impact on company growth.
