Job Summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Analyst to join our dynamic team in Toronto, ON. As an Energy Efficiency Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support in the evaluation of demand side management (DSM) programs by analyzing program impacts and producing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct data collection efforts, including primary and secondary data analysis.
  • Support senior staff with the development of technical reports, presentations, and input for draft reports.
  • Evaluate, measure, and verify installed energy efficiency measures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background in engineering analysis.
  • Experience or education in energy efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills.
  • Be a current student registered in a post-secondary STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, or mathematics) or business program in Canada.
  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
