**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As an Energy Efficiency Consultant, you will lead the development and execution of impactful energy efficiency and decarbonization capacity building projects for a high-profile client. You’ll oversee the creation and delivery of engaging content tailored to diverse audiences across various platforms, including video capsules, webinars, workshops, fact sheets and best practice guides. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and quality of all materials developed as well as scope out and define how broad capacity-building initiatives should be implemented.

- Lead and manage capacity-building projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external consultants and technical experts to ensure that the training content is technically accurate, visually appealing and aligns with client needs.
- Develop, review, and maintain materials focused on energy efficiency, decarbonization, and energy management.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support the creation of high-quality deliverables adapted to different target audiences.
- Ensure continuous communication with clients and stakeholders to guarantee project alignment with their expectations and adjust accordingly.
- Provide all other required technical assistance or advice for various projects.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Academic background in Engineering, Energy Management, Energy Policy or Planning, Environmental Science or a related field.
- Five to ten (5-10) years of experience in energy efficiency, energy management, decarbonization, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in consulting and/or project management.
- Knowledge of the Ontario energy sector and Conservation Demand Management (CDM) landscape.
- Great English communication, both orally and in writing, and ability to effectively communicate scientific content.
- CEM or CMVP Certification - An asset.
- Proficiency in French - An asset
