Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with expertise in enterprise architecture to lead our architecture team and develop our overall enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business and technology architecture, as well as experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of our IT strategy and annual budget, identifying solutions and technologies to ensure operational excellence and competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain our enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and providing technical guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party product development teams to ensure architecture and integration standards are met.
- Provide technical leadership for all business solution-related initiatives and serve as a technical resource to other departments.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of IT professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to maximize their performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 to 12 years of IT management and/or IT experience, with 5+ years of experience in enterprise/solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling notations (e.g., ArchiMate, BPMN, ARIS method).
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level integration architectures, cloud platforms, and technologies.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to effectively prioritize and participate in multiple projects.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
