Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans and programs that align with our business objectives. This is a key role that will require collaboration with senior executives, HR teams, and other business functions to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic HR plans and programs that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with senior executives, HR teams, and other business functions to drive business results
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to business leaders and teams
- Design and implement HR processes and systems to support business needs
- Conduct HR analytics and provide insights to inform business decisions
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR plans and programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations
