We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Director to join our team, who will be responsible for developing and delivering world-class direct response TV campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, leadership, and relationship-building, with a proven track record of success in creating highly effective TV campaigns.

The Senior Creative Director will report to the Senior VP, Creative and Production and will be responsible for leading the development of TV campaigns, directing and collaborating with our in-house creative team, and sourcing and directing freelancers and creative agencies as needed.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current DRTV best practices, as well as emerging techniques and trends for CTV, YouTube, and other connected channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the development of world-class direct response TV campaigns
  • Direct and collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce commercials that meet and exceed expectations
  • Sourcing and directing freelancers and creative agencies to augment our in-house team
  • Review and approval of all final creative and versioning with a high attention to detail
  • Develop and lead creative presentations to clients and prospective clients
  • Maintain a complete understanding of all clients' fundraising, brand, marketing, and organizational objectives and needs
  • Drive constant improvements to Eaglecom's creative quality and output, and our ability to innovate, exceed client expectations, and lead our industry
Requirements
  • 10+ years senior fundraising experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of DRTV, with CTV, YouTube, and Digital an asset
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work and communicate in a highly collaborative, inclusive team environment
  • Openness to learning, adapting, growing, and evolving alongside our creative team
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings, especially to the US
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
