Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands and achieve sales goals.
  • Balance cash and manage inventory to maintain high levels of customer service and minimize waste.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Cost control and budget management to ensure profitability and minimize losses.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive dining experience and build customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
