Artificial Intelligence Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Software Developer to join our team in Ottawa, Canada.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will collaborate with a global team to develop innovative AI-powered solutions to secure our customers' digital world.
Responsibilities:
- Apply AI/ML skills on large scale datasets across the platform for AI-powered features (security companion, attack surface insights, risk assessment, risk quantification...)
- Design, implement and maintain effective MLOps pipelines to assure accuracy, validity and reliability of data/ML and LLM models
- Design, build and operate robust AI-based and GenAI-based services in Vision One Platform with customer insight for better service quality
- Collaborate with data platform staff on scalable systems for high performance data transform, feature engineering and data correlation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields AND 2+ years experience in ML/AI work OR equivalent experience.
- Strong working experience in machine learning and big data analysis which can include predictive analytics, time series forecasting, deep learning, knowledge graph systems or GenAI.
- Strong machine learning breadth and depth with solid experience developing using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in programming skills in Python, Go or similar language.
- Working knowledge of credit scorecard/scoring system, fraud detection, risk assessment/cyber security frameworks (NIST RMF, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, FAIR, COBIT5, ISO...) - At Trend Micro, we're committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and genuine workplace.
