Pacific Total Electric Ltd. is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, and maintaining industrial instrumentation and related devices. You will also install electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components. Additionally, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices
  • Install electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components
  • Maintain industrial instrumentation and related devices
  • Replace or repair electrical components
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine the layout of industrial electrical equipment installations
