About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and driving business growth through process improvement and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive cultural change
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and budgets
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and servicing of production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through process optimization and strategic planning
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Experience in implementing best practices in operations, quality systems, and engineering in multi-plant environments
  • Significant change management and business transformation experience
