Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Process Mapping and Configuration: Map processes and configure SAP solutions within an S/4 environment to achieve a high level of systems integration and enrich the user experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectives.
  • Optimal Solution Development: Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
  • Solution Design and Development: Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Define and execute test plans to validate the solution meets intent.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.
  • SAP Transportation Management Experience: Experience working in SAP Transportation Management and associated integrations to S/4 and EWM.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills to influence and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff, willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven with the ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
