We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Administrator to join our team at Hearthstone Inn Dartmouth.
About the RoleThis permanent position involves preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing general office duties. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare journal entries, trial balances, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Account Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing clients and storing financial data.
- Clerical Duties: Perform general office tasks such as maintaining filing systems, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Technology: Utilize word processing software, accounting software, and spreadsheet tools to manage financial data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Skills: Organizational, attention to detail, multitasking, accuracy, and reliability.
- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
