Group Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team at Beechville Lakeside Timberlea Sr Elementary. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our before and after school program, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff members to deliver high-quality programming to students
- Develop and implement engaging activities and events for students
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure a smooth transition for students
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year's experience in the child care field
- Knowledge of recreational programming
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent
Assets:
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
Compensation:
$18.28 per hour plus vacation pay
