Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Leader to join our team at Harry R. Hamilton Elementary. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading our before and after school programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of staff members in the before and after school programs
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs for students
  • Ensure the health and safety of students at all times
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's experience in the child care field
  • Knowledge of recreational programming
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

Assets:

  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification

Compensation:

$18.82 per hour plus vacation pay
