Join Arcadian Cafe as a Restaurant Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be working in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment. You will be required to wear a uniform and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
