At Platinum Marine Group Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Space Management Consultant to join our team.

About the Job

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

As a Space Management Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to determine their space needs, preferences, and safety requirements. You will estimate costs and materials required for projects, develop plans, elevations, and detailed drawings, and advise on the selection of colours, finishes, and materials.

Your expertise will also include preparing plans and specifications for final interior designs in accordance with current practices and codes. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with other professionals to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to determine their space needs, preferences, and safety requirements
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Develop plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings
  • Advise on the selection of colours, finishes, and materials, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards
  • Prepare plans and specifications for final interior designs in accordance with current practices and codes
