The role involves managing multiple projects globally, collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. You will be responsible for revenue generation through project pursuits, including proposal development and client presentations.
About the Role:
- Leading teams in data collection, modeling, post-processing, analysis documentation of results;
- Conducting field measurements and inspections;
- Developing junior engineers;
- Writing technical reports on methodology, results, and recommendations;
- Preparing proposals, marketing materials, and technical papers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in structural dynamics or advanced degrees preferred;
- Experience in structural dynamics and vibration control;
- Familiarity with measurement instruments and modeling software, including ultra low-level vibration measurements and predictions;
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for vibration criteria;
- Ability to deliver quality work within budget and schedule constraints;
- Knowledge of tuned mass damper design and whole-building isolation design advantageous.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 CAD, inclusive of bonus and benefits opportunities.
