As a Co-op Student, you will assist the Purchasing Team with daily activities and contribute to special projects, developing your skills in presentations, spreadsheets, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Purchasing Team with daily activities and special projects.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to communicate findings and support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of suppliers to assess performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures to streamline and improve purchasing processes.

This is a hybrid work model position, requiring on-site presence two days per week in our Halifax office.
