Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
The Sales Floor Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standard. Additionally, they will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of Guest Services quality as per Company Standard.
- Support Store Management Team in sales generation.
- Conduct housekeeping, merchandising, and signing activities.
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours.
