Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive health assessments and developing individualized care plans;

  • Collaborating with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent;
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP);
  • Experience working in primary care settings;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
